All rooms and hotel areas are reachable only by stairs, some several stories up. This historic hotel is set on a hillside and no elevator is available. Please consider this when booking.

Upon check-in, a photo identification and a valid credit card are required. Minimum age for checking in is 21. All guests staying in the room must register and provide valid government-issued ID when checking in. Outside visitors are not allowed unless properly registered at the front desk.

If checking in or out before or after front desk hours, please contact us the day prior to make arrangements. Latest arrival time is 10:00pm, after this time the reception remains closed.

For our guests’ quiet enjoyment of the hotel, La Terraza Inn is adults-only (including 16 and up). Children 15 and under will not be permitted in hotel property.

This hotel is LGBTQ+ friendly and we welcome its members with open arms.

Pets are allowed in the hotel (additional daily fee applies) only when adhering to the Hotel Pet Agreement. All guests staying with a pet must register the pet and sign the Hotel Pet Agreement. Non-registered pets are not allowed in hotel property even if for a short visit.

No extra cots or beds are available.

Payment Policy

50% upon booking.
50% at check-in.

100% upon booking.

A refundable security deposit will be required upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

15 days or more: full refund.
3 days to 14 days: 50% charged (deposit not refunded).
2 days or less: the entire stay will be charged

No shows and early departures will be charged with the entire stay.


No refunds will be issued, even if guest cancels reservation. Please consider this before making your reservation.
